I AM STILL REVISING SOME OF THIS BUT THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED INFORMATION IS CORRECT ON HERE. I JUST NEED TO REVISE THE NY CODE INFO TO STATE IBC AND THE CORRECT TABLES. I STILL NEED TO REVISE THE PARKING CHART INFO BUT THE TEMPLATE IS CORRECT.
